Minecraft overall unplayable on switch after 16.21

Laggy and blocks are not rendered in only dogs and npcs and it is very unplayable going into a chest or menu it takes around 1 min to load as it is very laggy and the loading bar is just their the whole minute thanks for reading this it made us and lots stop the game but you'll fix it!
