I lost all my skins after the new skin menu update

When the new update came for the Xbox bedrock and updated the skin system that you can now create your skin all the skins that I had has just disappeard and I also cannot connect to the marketplace and when I try to enter the marketplace it says to check my wifi even though it's fine at first I didn't really care because I thought it would get fixed and so new updates kept realising and it never fixed by so I decided to write this bug.
