my cape menu is gone i had the orange creeper and the pancake cape and the menu is gone completly plus my emotes are gon as well

i opened minecraft on my xbox and my skins were all gone so i went to create them again then i saw my cape menu was gone and i had no emots when i have all the free emotes including the achievement emotes
