Endermen get mad at you if anything that doesn't even have to be the player damages them.

I like to train my bow skills in the end by fighting the ender dragon on hard with iron armour.  I start to dodge the dragon's breath and the dragon when she dives at me.  I take special care to not look at endermen but the dragon hits them and they are now mad at me for no reason and I die.  This also affects me when I try to speed run.  It is stupid and has happened to me for over 1 year.
