Achievement issues

I'm trying to complete all the achievements but there is an achievement, in Minecraft PE, that I tried to do several times and it just doesn't work. The achievement has a bug and I would like them to solve it. The achievement is called “Removable Energy”.

Ps.: this problem isn't just happening to me, I found other people complaining about the same problem.
