token problem

I am trying to buy tokens so i can buy a skin pack but for some reason the tokens are not appearing even after i've bought them and every time i start the game i have to keep signing in every time for some reason and whenever i try to connect to the minecraft store it just says "We're unable to connect to the minecraft store, check your internet connection." i don't know what to do can you please help me
