Block reach varies with direction

The block reach for destroying and placing blocks is varied by one block depending on 2 out of the possible 4 horizontal directions the player can be facing.

How to recreate:
• Dig a hole a few blocks into the ground
• Break the blocks straight ahead of you in each direction
• Count the amount of blocks broken. 6 in two directions, and 5 in the other two
