Wy world got reset!

So I haven't played my world for a week or two so I loaded it up and my whole world was reset like I just spawned in luckily I had a back up but it wasn't to recent so I lost a lot of progress. Please try your bests to fix this. Also this isn't a realm just a world I made that me and my friend made.
