I can't log in to my Microsoft account.

I'm having trouble signing into my microsoft account. And every time I've put in the original account it says that the account is already connected. It says the username is the original username, and I changed it a while back. I don't know why. I'm confused. I've got community day coming up next week, and I need to have this up and running before then.
