Minecraft will not load on Switch at all

NOTE: This is possibly related to MCPE-95621. If so, please feel free to merge the two tickets. However, this behavior was a bit different: It took me 14 minutes and 31 seconds from booting up the software to being able to click anything in the home menu. I had already signed out of my Microsoft account earlier and that was an acceptable workaround for 95621 for a couple days until today. After navigating to my single-player world and clicking on it, the game froze. Again, I am not signed into my MS account.
