No "Find Cross Platform Friends" button on Friends screen in Minecraft

There is no "Find Cross Platform Friends" button whenever I go to the Friends tab. I have been trying to fix this for a while, and I have done everything i could find on the internet. I have seen a few similar issues, all of them also unresolved. Now I think it is a real bug, and needs to be fixed.
