Classic skins and skin editor not working.

The skin editor only loads some of my things while the rest don’t load no mater how long I leave it to load, and I can’t use the classic skins, all of the dropdowns in the classic skins menu just don’t load anything when I open them, I left it on overnight and it did not load, and I turned on and off my console several times.
