My NAT is open, all other games work with friends so my wifi is good. I restarted, deleted and did everything that Microsoft bot told me. Please help me.

Fix this i did everything the internet requested. The bot is useless.Last month i got kicked from a online world and i cant play online or realm but on a single person world?
