Texture pack says it’s downloaded but wont show in global resources or let me activate it

So I’m on Xbox One S (2017) and whenever I check my textures all I see is Faithful but when I go to the store and search up “Texture Update Beta” it says “Activate Texture Pack” so I go to activate it and it brings me to my Global Resources and it’s not there or in my Active Packs.
