Game "false" freezes

Sometimes when I'm flying with my elytra and the game is rendering in chunks the game false freezes for about 3 seconds or stops but then stars playing again. I noticed this also happens too when I'm stationary or standing still in end cities in the end. Also this is not a duplicate of MCPE-95621 since I'm not signed into my Microsoft account due to that overlooked bug.
