POCKET EDITION GLITCHING

Ever since my Minecraft Pocket Edition updates to 16.2, it had crashed at least every 20-45 minutes. I have the iphone SE (2020) and never had these issues before 16.2. I also have seen items glitch out of my inventory after crashing, being moved to different locations, animals disappearing, etc. I enjoy the game, but the constant crashing and glitching is becoming unbearable. For the record, this is a single player server, as other people get randomly disconnected. 

 

Any help with this issue is much appreciated.
