Game crashes and ether deletes or dupes shulker boxes

I recently organized my shulker boxes in my ender chest and I after I was done I put them back in my ender chest. Then I flew off with my elytra and then my game froze. I restarted the game and I was brought back where I was organizing my shulker boxes. To my surprise they were not there or in my ender chest so I presume that the game straight up deleted them. Later I was then gathering exp at my guardian farm so I can make more tools because the game deleted my skulked box that had all my backup tools unfortunately and the game crashed again. This time I had 3 skulker boxes that mostly had some prismarine block and odd blocks and one had 31 diamond blocks and a few diamonds in it. These skulker boxes where in my inventory and when I logged back in there were dupes of them. Later in the evening I went to the end to do some shulker raiding and the game crashed again. I woke up this morning to find that all of my shulker boxes that I got from end raiding were gone and even my fireworks shulker box so it's going to be a long trip home. I also had these boxes in my inventory and ender chest before the crash. It seems shulker boxes that are recently placed or collected are ether randomly deleted or duped when the game crashes. I am also playing on a switch lite if this helps with anything.
