Some inventory management shortcuts don't work

Some inventory management shortcuts, such as holding middle click to dupe items in Creative mode, shift+double click to move all items to a container, and way more don't work. Please fix this because this makes the game more infuriating, especially when I have to move stacks of items to a container.
