When I open Minecraft, I can play for like 5 minutes then it crashes.

So when I open Minecraft, I can get into a game but then 5 minutes later it glitches and crashes, and exists out of Minecraft. It always happens. I've tried deleting and restarting minecraft. Nothing is working. I would really like to play Minecraft but can't.
