When you download a recource pack from the my files explore the recourse pack doesn't show up in the home settings

When you download a texture pack or recourse pack from the my files explore, when you go and try to use it it doesn't show up in the home settings in the recourse packs area. It is a big problem that is very frustrating to people wanting to use a different texture pack on servers or on their realms
