xbox one won't update or install

I previously had minecraft installed and went to update it recently. I apologize I do not know all the details of the version and such because it would not update so i did everything on the xbox end, reset, check internet, open ports, factory reset everything to the point that i deleted the game. I reported it to microsoft, and nothing. So i deleted the game and now it won't even install again. The file info keeps giving me an error code :80D03801.
