WASD keys won't work

The WASD keys won't work in Minecraft, meaning I can't move around. I can't change the keybinds to any other letter key either, making me incapable of moving around other than using my mouse and my space bar to look around and jump. I don't know what to do or how to fix this, could someone please help?
