Player not rendered correctly after teleport

Everytime a player teleports to me, the game gets a bit laggy and then the Player is in a weird position. The Legs and the arms are inside the Player and they block your screen and then you can see nothing. It's really annoying and I hope that you can fix it. Thanks for your Time.
