It won't let me log into my Microsoft account.

It won't let me log into my Microsoft account and tells me to enter a code at: https://aka.ms/remoteconnect. And when I enter the code and it redirects me to another page, it tells me that that web page does not exist and so it has been a few days and there seems to be no solution.
