Imported Texture Pack or Shader Pack doesn't work

Greetings,

I have purchesed the Minecraft from the Microsoft Store and from the Apple Store as well. I downloaded some resource packs: shader packs and texture packs. I'm able to import them but If I enter to a world on Windows nothing happens, but the packs are already selected. I know every settings fine, because on my iPad I'm able to use those resource packs and they are loading  fine.
