Unable to login to account - PC & Switch

Hello,

I recently bought Minecraft on the switch and I am unable to login to my account. When I select the necessary buttons to login, no action is prompted afterwards.

I am also experiencing this issue on Windows PC - unable to login. The game keeps loading saying it will take a few moments to login. Both Minecraft versions are the most up-to-date versions of the game.
