rains bugs?

while i play on creation mode.. and i make a tall tower.. and ever time there rain.. and go thourh the building it really weird to see rain go though the building .. all way down the floors here a photo what i see.  and my unfinished tower at night cycle.. and rain weather.. and when i go inside and i see rain inside?! weird!!!
