Unable to log in to Microsoft Account on Switch

Since the update I am unable to log into my Microsoft Account and therefore cannot connect to Realms or other dedicated servers. 

When I try to login the Connecting message appears for a few moments and then disappears. 

I have tried deleting the game and redownloading, removing all save data both locally and cloud data. Tried another account too, all have the same issue.
