Cannot summon an angry wolf

Wolf's spawn event "minecraft:become_angry" doesn't work(wolf doesn't attack the player).

In the attachments below, none of the commands causes an aggressive wolf to spawn.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Type /summon wolf ~~~ minecraft:become_angry in the chat

Observed Results:
An angry wolf is not spawned.

Expected Results:
An angry wolf should be spawned.
