skin doesn't show

I can import my skin，and in my view, I can see my skin.But in my friend's view,they can't see no matter how I change. Besides,my friends can see my skin which was bought from minecraft store with coins. I don't know where's the problem. They just can't see my customize skin. The problem also happened in my win10 version
