I’m stuck in my bed

My world crashed a few seconds later I went through the nether portal and joined the nether. Now when I try to log into the same world it opens while I’m in the bed and remains stuck like that saying “leave bed” and “open chat”. If I click leave bed then it crushes again, if I click open chat it opens the but I can’t leave it. Basically, I can’t play minecraft
