Cannot sign in to microsoft account

the issue is for me (and maybe the most) is that i can't sign into microsoft account, it messaged ( the micorsoft account has been taken by another PSN account ) yada yada yada... and i understood cause i was testing with another PSN account and it totally worked i was happy until i forgot to sign out from the account, so what other choice than to make another account, see here is the weird thing: every time i make an account and sign in it says the same message EVEN if the account made like three seconds ago
