I have a very serious problem on my console Minecraft.

It was recently updated to version 2.11 and from there it takes a long time to start and load the menu, the game also freezes when I go to change my skin and I have to quit the application because it no longer responds, please tell me what is wrong ? Before the recent update it wasn't like that.
I am doing this report again because they asked me to transfer it to English.
