wont let me log into my microsoft account

i went on minecraft one day and it said it logged me out of my microsoft account so i tried to log back in and everytime it would say that my account is already connected to playstation network and to pick a different account. i then created a NEW account and it said the exact same thing. This is very frustrating i looked it up on microsoft and they said to ask mojang. i only downloaded to play with my xbox friend but i cannot bc it’s not letting me log into my account. PLEASE HELP
