Light level issues when unloading and reloading chunks

When unloading and then reloading chunks the light levels on chunk borders will become wacky and dark even if a torch is close by. It fixes itself once the effected area receives a block update. This has happened on both my IOS 13 device and my Xbox 1 on realms and in single player worlds. This has happened ever since the buzzy bees update and has continued.
