My Microsoft account is always disconnected on my world

On my switch I can join other xbox players fine so I must be sighed in my Microsoft account, but for some reason when I join my own world it says "opps your Microsoft account was disconnected" and no one can join! I restarted Minecraft and my switch even deleted Minecraft and reinstalled it and it still says I'm disconnected on every world! I even made a new one and it still said it. The 1.16.20 has really broken my switch and  Minecraft. Minecraft is slow and nothing loads! And is literally making my switch worse and laggy!
