Cannot disable device vibration (phone/tablet) when a controller is used.

Under the touch control settings, there is toggle called: Destroy Block (vibrate), that turns off device vibration when using touch controls. There isn't a toggle for that in the controller settings or the keyboard/mouse settings. This effectively means: we can turn off vibration ONLY when using touch controls. I don't want my phone to vibrate when I use a controller anymore. It's a waste of battery life. Please fix this glaring issue soon.
