Cannot quick move other items while having an item selected on the cursor

The bug

On xbox one when you select an item on the cursor, so that you place it anywhere, you can drop the item by pressing Y, however this makes it complety impossible to quick move any other items, because you will still drop the item when hovering over an item. This is because the ability to drop the item overwrites the ability to quick move other items.

How to reproduce:

1. Open your inventory
2. Click onto an item
3. Hover over another item in your inventory
4. Press Y to quick move the item
   You will drop the selected item that is on your cursor instead of quick moving the item.

Expected result: You will quick move the item instead of dropping the selected item on your cursor.

It has been like this since the better together update and it negatively affects the game when interacting with the inventory. Also on windows 10 you can quick move items without any issue when having an item selected.
