Hearts do not flash when healing

When healing hearts in Minecraft bedrock edition, your hearts should flash white when a half heart has been regenerated, however, this is not the case. It is obviously intended to be a feature, as the counterpart to healing hearts, flashing when taking damage, was implemented from java, (though it doesn't work correctly either). As of now, hearts just kind of appear, and you don't know when you have stopped healing.
