Problems with the achievements and the microsoft account

When I open Minecraft, the account automatically logs in , but my profile picture of the account is no longer shown, and when i go to the achievements, they all have their pictures unloaded. I lost all the data on the achievements and on the tima played, and i also can't complete any achievement, as shown in the pictures.
