Tools disappear from chest after logging out.

I put all of my tools, food, weapons, and gear into a chest next to my AFK spot in my

mob farm and logged out. Once I logged back in, my diamond axe, both netherite pickaxes, and bow were simply gone. All tools were completely leveled up on enchantments and I cannot find them anywhere else. I play in a private realm hosted by a close friend. No one else was on at the time of the incident. I really hope I'm able to get back my tools.
