Uploading existing worlds to a realm

When trying to replace a realm with a world I have saved, I'm trying to make a minecraft realm for my high school, it says along the top of the screen that the file has finished exporting and then it says in the middle [error, an error has occurred]. When I go in the realm and the world is not there.
