My Microsoft account will not work on my ps4 account

Hello My name is red, my Microsoft account won't work on my Ps4 and I been trying to log in but it keeps on saying that another PlayStation account is using mine and I went In one of my accounts and it works fine but when I sign out and try to sign in my main account won't work please fix this bug Mojang and if u can't can I make another Microsoft account with my Gmail?
