Vex failure

In 1.16.100.51, vexes movement was fixed but if it's target is more than 16 blocks away from it, then it will not face the direction of the target and will charge at the target without becoming red.

This is probably because they may not have any follow_range. This only happens to vexes that aren't summoned by an evoker.
