When I play minecraft everything is fine until i do raid, raids make my game freeze and not work

I love Minecraft so much, I've been loving it for years, there is just one problem, the fact that when I do raids the world just freezes and I have to close the application then get back on it in order for it to go back to normal. I would very much appreciate it if you can fix this bug for me, thanks!
