Villagers completely randomly switch beds between eachother making trading halls useless

I've been trying for some weeks now to make a trading hall for my villagers, yet every time I complete it they randomly switch to beds that belong to other villagers... it makes no sense, if they have a bed for themselves that they can sleep in why would they choose to change it to one that they cannot phisocally get to? I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8
