Ps4 cross play broken after recent update

On the Ps4, since the cross play update until the most recent update of the piglin brutes, I have been unable to use cross play at all despite my Microsoft account allowing everything, it first started when I was unable to invite mobile users into my maps, but could join theirs, now, I am unable to invite any and all players into my maps and all of my Microsoft account's friend list doesn't appear on the crossplatform friends list. I have been able to crossplay before but I am entirely unable to as of the most recent update.
