Character Creator Doesn't Show Changes In Multiplayer Worlds

Bug Description:

The Minecraft Bedrock character creator does not show changes made in-game or the preview and Steve or Alex's skin does not have any changes. The changes also don't show up on other player's screens.

 

Expected Behavior:

Changes made by the player are saved and the changes show up on other player's screens.

 

Current Behavior:

Changes made are not saved and other players don't see any changes.

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Join a world and have a second player join.
2. Go into the character creator via the Minecraft pause menu in a world.
3. Create a new skin and attempt to make a change to the skin.
4. Save the skin.
5. Equip the skin.
6. Enter third-person front mode.

 

Notes:

This bug only seems to happen in multiplayer.
