[Duplicate] Mending doesn’t always consume experience if the player wears damaged mending armor

Note: This only happens on the beta, not the full release!

The bug

If a player wears damaged mending armor, that armor will not always consume experience when repairing the armor.

To reproduce:

1. Enchant your armor with mending
2. damage it
3. Summon experience orbs

→ The experience sometimes goes to the bar
