I started my world during 1.14 and it was fine until Now

Started my world in the 1.14 update,  and through all of the updates since then its been fine. However the 1.16.20 update made my one world so laggy that I can't play it. Though I can't get a frame counter on my phone, It looks like its running 10-2FPS.
